We advise our clients on builders, invite tenders on our clients' behalf and report on the tenders received.
We advise our clients about the building process on site We inspect the building work on site at weekly intervals, administer the conditions of the building contract and advise our clients on payments to builders.
We apply for Local Authority Completion Certificates on behalf of our clients
